He wants the guilty parties named to take the shadow of suspicion off those who have done nothing wrong.
The fallout from the Sam Allardyce scandal is that there’s a guessing game as to who else might be implicated.
Now Hughes who has had a long and illustrious career as both player and manager says it’s important the guilty are weeded out.
