Manchester United’s wage bill now exceeds Man City’s… And that was BEFORE signing Paul Pogba & Zlatan Ibrahimovic
 

Manchester City have seen their overall wage bill drop significantly behind bitter rivals Manchester United.
The Citizens, who once spent the most on wages in the country, released their annual report that shows how they have controlled their internal spending.
Just three years ago, City were penalised by Uefa for breaching financial fair play rules but they have since sorted out their finances and now have a wage bill of £196million for 2015/16.
That figure is significantly below United’s total of £232m and Chelsea’s £215m, while they are on a par with Arsenal.
