Gary Neville has conceded he was 's**t' towards the end of his Manchester United career.
Neville was dubiously awarded a one-year extension at the end of the 2009-10 season at the age of 35 but he appeared just four times in the following campaign.
The United captain was culpable for Everton's two late goals as United threw away a two-goal lead to draw 3-3 at Goodison Park in September 2010 and he was fortunate not to have been sent off at Stoke a month later - a game in which Sir Alex Ferguson substituted him at half-time.
