The manager of an Asda store has had a food hygiene case dropped.
Anthony Brennan, 49, had pleaded not guilty to the charges which relate to the West Bridgford branch of the national chain.

The firm has denied the charges and a trial will start on November 10 at Nottingham Magistrates' Court. It is represented by barrister Claire Andrews.
