Man who plunged from third-storey window was 'quiet with good manners'
 

A mother claimed that her disabled son was trying to escape when he plunged from a third-storey window with police nearby.
Jennifer Willis made the comment at the inquest into the death of Ashley Wright, 35. He barricaded himself in another home before jumping from a first floor window and running to a property on Waterloo Crescent, Radford.
In the second fall, he suffered a "severe traumatic brain injury." He was certified dead in the Queen's Medical Centre despite attempts to save him.
