Man taken to hospital after being knocked down in Glasgow city centre
 

A MAN has been taken to hospital after being knocked down in Glasgow city centre.
Emergency services were called to West Nile Street at 2pm after reports that the victim had been struck by a vehicle.
He was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
No further details are known about his condition at present but it is understood his injuries are not life threatening.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman confirmed inquiries into the incident are ongoing.
