A Lincoln man who worked for a local construction company allegedly stole more than £11,000 from the business by having hotel stays on the firm and taking money from clients that should have gone to the company.
Lincoln Magistrates' Court heard on Thursday how 30-year-old Sean Cann worked for HCG Heating Construction and allegedly carried out the offences from February 2014 and March 2016.
Cann, of Newland Street West, appeared in court charged with fraud by false representation with the intention to gain £11,483.34.
