Man fighting for life after being kicked in head at city centre taxi rank



A man was left fighting for life after a sickening attack at a Liverpool city centre taxi rank.
The 41-year-old man was kicked in the head by a group of men at a taxi rank on Ranelagh St in the early hours of this morning.
Emergency services were called at around 4am following reports a man had been assaulted.
The victim had been involved in an argument with a group of men before the offenders followed him to a taxi and started their vicious assault.
A spokesperson for the North West Ambulance service told the ECHO that the man was rushed to Aintree Hospital.
