Man denies breaching sexual harm order by 'becoming friends with woman'
 

Cleveland Police A man has denied flouting a sexual harm prevention order by “entering into a friendship” with a woman.
Geoffrey Ball, 45, pleaded not guilty yesterday to breaching the order which was made by Teesside magistrates on January 5 .
It is alleged he entered into a friendship with a woman and visited her home without notifying the police.
He was banned from doing this by the court order, says the Crown.
Ball, of Carlow Street, Gresham, Middlesbrough , appeared at Teesside Crown Court to enter his plea via video link to Holme House Prison.
