If City chalk up their 11th straight win by beating Celtic at Parkhead in the Champions League tomorrow evening it will match the run set by Bill Nicholson’s Spurs team that went on to win the League and Cup double in 1960-61.
City’s 10 wins so far have come in three different competitions – Champions League, Premier League and League Cup - whereas Tottenham’s were all in the old First Division.
