Man, 67, taken to hospital by air ambulance after being rescued from silo following cardiac arrest



A MAN has been taken to hospital by air ambulance after being taken ill while at the top of a silo at a site in North Lincolnshire.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 8.10am this morning (Saturday, October 8) after the 67-year-old suffered a cardiac arrest.
It happened while he was on top of a silo at a premises on Second Avenue in Flixborough.
Humberside Fire and Rescue Service said its crews worked with ambulance service personnel to rescue the man.
