Man, 26, stabbed on Bold Street remains in hospital



A man who was stabbed in the stomach in the early hours of yesterday morning remains in hospital in a stable condition.
Two men, both aged 26, were taken to hospital after police were called to the scene at Bold Street in Liverpool city centre, following an assault.
The other man had suffered a head injury but has now been discharged from hospital.
Officers were called to the scene at about 5.15am and taped off the top of Bold Street.
Forensics officers were at the scene on Sunday morning and police have appealed for information.
