M1 death crash driver tells jury 'I will regret it for the rest of my life'

A lorry driver on trial for causing the death of a van driver in a crash on the M1 today told a jury: "I will regret it for the rest of my life."
Speaking at Nottingham Crown Court, Paul Bury described what happened in the moments before the fatal collision at 10am on June 30 last year.
"I thought **** he is going too slow," said Bury from the witness stand. "By the time I realised how slow he was he was going I pulled out. I didn't expect anyone to be going that slow on a motorway."
