Loved ones of 16-year-old who died after taking ecstasy light lanterns in tribute to tragic teenager
 

FRIENDS and family of a 16-year-old girl who died after taking ecstasy gathered to release lanterns into the sky in tribute to the teenager.
Shellie Callaghan, from Newtongrange in Midlothian, reportedly fell ill at a house party in the area before being taken to Edinburgh's Royal Infirmary where she later lost her fight for life.
Tonight loved ones gathered at Newtongrange Park to light lanterns as they mourned the loss of the teenager.
