Lorry driver Neville Fletcher charged after Spring Bank deaths of Zena Jackson and daughter Cidalia



A lorry driver has been charged after a mother and her daughter were killed in Hull's Spring Bank.
Neville Fletcher, 55, from east Hull, faces two charges of causing the death by dangerous driving of Zena Jackson and daughter Cidalia Mendes-Jackson, six.
Ms Jackson and Cidalia were crossing the road when they were hit by the lorry as it turned into Stanley Street on April 29. Both died at the scene.
A Humberside Police spokeswoman said the man has been charged nearly five months later following the investigation into the collision.
