Look how Wolstenholme Square development is coming on

A steel tower has gone up in Wolstenholme Square as building work gets under way on the city centre square’s £40m rebuilding.
The low-rise buildings that stood around the square, including the homes of the Cream and Kazimier clubs, were demolished earlier this year to make way for the massive Elliot Group development.
That scheme was approved by planners last year and will include four new blocks ranging in height from seven to ten storeys, containing a total of 431 studio and one-bedroom apartments.
The proposals also include space for a nightclub that will be a new home for Cream.
