Local web designer's volunteering work supports local children and the economy
 

In the past few years, networking has become a staple part of business but, as members of one Rushcliffe networking group say, these events are more than a cosy meet up for accountants and web designers they are essential when it comes to strengthening the local economy.
Tim Ryan, chairman and one of the founding members of Castle Business Networking Group, says that the association has brought in £1.9 million pounds worth of new business for its members during its six-year lifetime.
