LMA are ‘extremely concerned’ by Premier League manager bribe allegations
The League Managers Association (LMA) has expressed their concern regarding recent ‘bung’ allegations.
A report from the Daily Telegraph claimed that eight current or former managers had received money for transfers, sharing filmed evidence of football agents boasting about how many managers they bribed.
The same investigation came hours after Sam Allardyce lost his job as England manager for offering advice to a far-east firm on how to ‘get around’ rules on player transfers.
