Twelve months ago Romina Metz was struggling to cope with depression following the death of her mum, the demands of a new baby and severe back pain and admits to being in a ‘bad place.’
The 37-year-old, from Mossley Hill, had suffered depression several years before, undergoing therapy and taking medication but had made the decision to come off it while trying to get pregnant and had remained off it.
