Liverpool flats market bounces back after Brexit vote, leading estate agent says
 

The city centre property market has bounced back after the uncertainty of the Brexit vote – that’s the upbeat message from a leading Liverpool estate agent.
City Residential’s Alan Bevan says that while a combination of post-referendum fears and a glut of new apartments slowed the market in August, the sector bounced back in September.
And Mr Bevan says there is a market for more expensive residential schemes in the city centre.
