Liverpool firm is redesigning the world's REMOTEST island
 

A Liverpool architecture firm has won a competition to redesign the world’s most remote island.
Brock Carmichael has been chosen to create a new development plan for Tristan da Cunha, a tiny island in the middle of the South Atlantic Ocean.
Tristan da Cunha has just 265 residents and sits some 1,750 miles off South Africa. The only way to get there is by a SEVEN-DAY sea voyage from Cape Town – and that ship only sails eight times a year.
