A “sophisticated” drugs racket masterminded by Liverpool crime barons flooded south Wales with £18.5m of super-strength cocaine.
Dingle crook Ian Edwards oversaw a network of trusted couriers that sent drugs down to Swansea via a system of safe houses - and brought the profits back up to the gang’s Merseyside base.
Eight members of the gang - including Edwards and four others from Merseyside - have now been jailed for a total of more than 80 years after police busted their lucrative operation.
