Liverpool city centre bar Cheeky Jacks admits illegally screening Sky
 

A Liverpool city centre bar could be fined thousands of pounds after admitting illegally screening Sky TV.
Cheeky Jacks, in Renshaw Street, was charged with four counts of “dishonestly receiving a programme with intent to avoid payment”.
The venue’s licensee Terence McNulty appeared at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court this morning for a brief hearing.
According to the charges, Cheeky Jacks broadcast Sky TV without paying for the service on February 28, April 10, April 20 and May 7 this year.
