Liverpool boxer swaps the ring for the catwalk

A Gateacre teen has ditched his promising boxing career to tread the catwalks at London Fashion Week.
Sonny Walker, 19, had been boxing since the age of 12 and with six fights under his belt, his coaches at Anfield Amateur Boxing Club thought he might have been a contender.
But after losing his last fight in March he decided to take a few weeks off and send some pictures of himself to modelling agencies.
Soon after he signed to J’adore Models, a Manchester-based agency who describe themselves as having the “hottest and coolest models” in the city.
