Liverpool Anglican Cathedral donates £910 to Metropolitan Cathedral after break-in
 

Liverpool’s Anglican Cathedral has reached out across Hope Street to help its Catholic neighbour after a “needless” vandalism attack saw collection cash stolen.
Raiders ransacked the Metropolitan Cathedral earlier this month, taking cash from collections and smashing two glass images beyond repair.
The cathedral has now revealed it received a donation of £910 from Liverpool Cathedral this week, which it called a “moving gesture of friendship and solidarity”.
