Live: North East Lincolnshire Councillors to vote on devolution deal

North East Lincolnshire council are meeting tonight to vote on whether or not they wish to proceed with the devolution deal set out by Central Government.
If passed the deal would establish a Greater Lincolnshire Combined Authority headed by its own elected Mayor.
However the deal requires all of the council authorities to approve the proposals, if one votes against it, then the deal will be void.
