Liquidator could pursue court action over Runcorn eyesore's former developer
 

A company liquidator is considering asking for individuals connected to an investigation into the doomed property company behind a controversial Runcorn flats project to attend court to give evidence.
Louise Mary Brittain, who has completed the winding-up of Absolute Living Developments (ALD), the firm that won planning permission for 448 flats at East Lane House, reported multiple concerns over the company’s accounts and her efforts to gain comment from relevant parties.
