Leo Barnes inquest: Murder accused told nurse that he was losing his mind, inquest told
 

Leo Barnes was not on suicide watch at the time of his death while he was held at HMP Hewell, despite concerns over his mental state.
Barnes was accused of killing 80-year-old grandmother Cynthia Beamond at her Halesowen home before allegedly murdering another pensioner, Philip Silverstone, in London the next day.
The 33-year-old had been on trial over the deaths at Wolverhampton Crown Court and had given evidence days before being found dead on 25 January 2015.
