Chief executive Hetherington hinted that coach Brian McDermott had four games to hang on to his job, in the wake of their 66-10 thrashing by Castleford at the start of the month.
Hetherington also claimed, in his email to fans, that other senior staff and players were also playing for their futures.
Since them Leeds have crushed Catalans 46-10 and Wakefield 38-14 to move them up to fourth.
But half back Burrow, 34, insists the two wins are not a result of Hetherington putting the frighteners on them.
