A visitor to a house where Lee Irving was allegedly killed claimed murder accused James Wheatley told him he had “slapped him” for wetting his bed.
Dale Fowler said he saw Lee lying on a bed with a cut face while at the house where he was allegedly murdered by Wheatley and Barry Imray.
Mr Fowler told jurors that when he asked what had happened to Lee, Wheatley said he had slapped him because he wet the bed, although the witness said he could see no evidence of that having happened.
