Latest addition to Sticky Walnut restaurant family opens this week



A latest venture from the owner of popular Hoole restaurant Sticky Walnut opens this week.
Hispi bistro launches in Didsbury, South Manchester, after a huge crowdfunding campaign - and it looks fantastic.
It is the third addition to the family for chef proprietor Gary Usher following the success of Sticky and its sister Burnt Truffle in Heswall.
Hispi officially opens on October 7 after a short soft launch period next week, when the first diners will get to try the menu with 50 per cent off.
