Las Vegas shooting leaves St Helens tourists fleeing for lives after gunman killed more than 20



A Merseyside tourist described how she fled down the Las Vegas strip after a gunman opened fire, killing more than 20 people at an open music festival.
People were partying at Route 91 Harvest country music when shots were reportedly fired from a hotel balcony - leaving more than 100 injured.
Terrified crowds ran for their lives as police descended on the world-famous US strip where officers could be seen taking cover behind vehicles, while others carrying assault rifles ran into the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino.
