Landlord fined £5,600 for dumping rubbish in A46 layby



Rubbish piled high in a layby on the A46 has led to a £5,620 fine.
John Hills, 47, pleaded guilty to three offences under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Hills, of High Steet, Binbrook was fined £5,000 and ordered to pay other legal costs after rubbish from three of his rental properties was found fly-tipped in a layby on the A46.
