Knife thug left man for dead in pool of blood before carrying on with his New Year's party
 

A ruthless thug was found GUILTY of brutally stabbing a man on New Year’s Eve before calmly walking to a bar and continuing his night out.
Joseph Adepetun, 21, faces years behind bars for nearly killing bricklayer Callum Dunne by plunging a knife into his leg and slicing through his femoral artery, outside Empire Bar in the city centre.
Mr Dunne, also 21, had no recordable blood pressure when paramedics arrived and may have lived only thanks to first-aid delivered by hero passer-by Sean Harrison and Merseyside PC Debra Cashin.
