Kind-hearted Smallthorne tattoo artist issues Christmas present appeal



A kind-hearted tattoo artist has appealed for help in providing under-privileged families with Christmas presents.
Jason Powner, from Smallthorne, has raised thousands of pounds for charities, struggling families, and sick children, earning him one of The Sentinel's Our Heroes awards.
The 45-year-old tattoo artist runs a foodbank from his SkinJase Tattoo Studio, in Ford Green Road, which many families rely on for support.
