Killer who choked partner to death after a row over food jailed for six years
 

A KILLER who choked his lover to death in a row over food was yesterday locked up for six years.
David Anderson strangled Louise O’Brien then texted her young son pretending she was still alive.
Anderson, 41, snapped when Louise wanted to make something to eat following a night out.
Louise, 36, was discovered dead on a bed at their flat in Perth in April with a heart-shaped chocolate beside her.
Anderson had initially faced a murder allegation but admitted a reduced charge of culpable homicide.
He returned to the High Court in Glasgow to be sentenced yesterday.
