KFC facing prosecution over alleged health and safety breaches for staff member
 

A fast food giant is to appear in court accused of breaching health and safety rules for one of its workers.
Kentucky Fried Chicken is being prosecuted by Stockton Council over alleged breaches at its Haydock Park outlet, at Teesside Retail Park.
The company faces two charges, which both relate to July 14, 2014.
The first charge alleges that the company breached the Health and Safety Act by failing to ensure that one of its workers was not exposed to a risk “to their health, safety or welfare”.
