Kevin Thomson insists Rangers have come on "leaps and bounds" since the European humiliation against Progres Niederkorn.
Caixinha came in for criticism following the loss to Luxembourg minnows Progres that dumped Gers out of the Europa League but Thomson has been encouraged by what he has witnessed since.
