Kensington market fire 'started by homeless people' say owners
 

The owner of the Kensington Market site which is set for a £20m development blamed a group of homeless people for starting a fire there.
The emergency services were called out to the site, off Prescot Road, at around 6.20pm on Wednesday. The blaze was on the third floor of the derelict building.
