Just NINE children diagnosed with autism in North East Lincolnshire in three years



JUST NINE children have been diagnosed with autism in North East Lincolnshire in the past three years.
The revelation came following a Freedom of Information request by a mum who has launched a petition calling for drastic improvements to the way in which children are diagnosed with autism in the borough.
That petition has now won the backing of the council, which will also closely monitor a new autism diagnosis pathway launched by the area's Clinical Commissioning Group this month.
