Jury hears driver's last words to his partner moments before M1 death crash
 

A van driver's last words to his partner on his hands-free phone were "I have a great big ******* lorry behind me" before he died in a collision with a HGV, a court heard.
A statement from Darren Bryan's girlfriend was read out today at the trial of Scania lorry driver Paul Bury, 44, who has denied causing Mr Bryan's death by dangerous driving on the motorway at Nuthall on June 30 last year.
