John Gosden rules So Mi Dar and Journey out of the Breeders' Cup 

So Mi Dar will miss next month's Breeders' Cup meeting after the decision was made to wait until the 2017 meeting before the John Gosden-trained filly runs at the meeting.
Her stablemate, Journey, winner of the Filly & Mare Stakes at Ascot on Saturday, will also sidestep the big US fixture at Santa Anita in California.
Gosden believes three-year-old So Mi Dar, owned by Lord and Lady Lloyd Webber, is not ready for what would be the ultimate test on likely lightning-fast ground.
