Jim Crowley won't 'take his foot off the gas' at Ascot despite having first Flat Jockeys' Championship in the bag

Jim Crowley says he has no intention of easing down ahead of Saturday’s Champions Day at Ascot even though his first Flat Jockeys’ Championship is in the bag.
Two more winners at Windsor on Monday on Broadhaven Honey and Eljeemi put the 38-year-old on 142 for the title race, 17 clear of reigning champion Silvestre de Sousa.
Crowley, who travelled on from the Thameside track to Chelmsford City by helicopter to take five further mounts, has six rides at Leicester on Tuesday.
