Jeremy Corbyn to outline immigration policy at Labour party conference
 

A Labour government would send extra funding to regions with high levels of immigration to compensate for the stress placed on public services, leader Jeremy Corbyn is to announce.
The cash for services such as schools and hospitals would come from visa fees paid by people coming to the UK, and charges paid by people applying for citizenship.
In his speech to the Labour Party conference in Liverpool, Mr Corbyn will promise a Labour government would “ease the pressure on hard pressed public services” with extra funds.
