Jason Doyle refuses to give up on world title dream despite brutal injuries
 

The Swindon skipper has spent days in hospital in Poland after crashing in his opening ride at Saturday night’s Torun Grand Prix.
GP bosses were ready to call up reserve Vaclav Milik for the final round of the year in Australia in three weeks’ time.
But they have dropped their plans because Doyle, 30, believes he can still recover in time, even though he has a punctured lung, broken elbow and dislocated shoulder.
From his hospital bed, the Aussie told his shocked pit crew to get his bikes ready so they could be on last night’s flight from Amsterdam to Melbourne.
