Jack Wilshere deserved to see red for attempting to knee Jack Stephens, says Southampton boss Mark Hughes following Arsenal defeat

Southampton manager Mark Hughes last night accused Jack Wilshere of deliberately attempting to knee defender Jack Stephens, insisting he should have been sent off in the bad-tempered end to his side’s defeat at Arsenal.
Stephens was shown a red card by referee Andre Marriner for throwing Wilshere to the floor after he prevented him breaking out for a late equaliser.
