It's going to be a massive weekend for public transport across Manchester - and rail chiefs are urging everyone to be patient
 

Trains to Manchester are set to be packed on Saturday, as crowds flock to the city for a major weekend of sport.
One thousand extra seats are being provided by Transpennine Express, but warnings are in place that rail services will be extremely busy.
There are several huge sporting events and festivities on the day, including the Super League Grand Final between Warrington Wolves and Wigan Warriors at Old Trafford, the World UCI Masters Track Cycling Championship, and the UFC World Championship Fight.
