'It never stopped' - Lincoln neighbour's year of dog barking hell



A Lincoln woman whose life was made a misery for nearly a year after a neighbour's dog would not stop barking has spoke about her frustration.
Hannah Reeves has described the ordeal after Alexandra Stafford was convicted at Lincoln Magistrates' Court of breaching a noise abatement notice that required her to prevent her dog causing a nuisance through unnecessary barking.
On at least two occasions, the dog was recorded barking almost non-stop for 45 minutes.
