Isis has lost more than a quarter of its territory in Syria and Iraq
 

Isis lost 16% of its terrority in Iraq and Syria in the first nine months of 2016, new figures have shown.
In total, the extremist group has lost 28% of the land it owned at its strongest point in January 2015, though the decline has slowed since July.
