Is the traffic chaos set to improve in Lincoln?



Traffic tailbacks plaguing Lincoln as a result of roadworks are expected to shorten when the east west link road fully opens to traffic, a senior business figure has said.
Roadworks across the city have led to rush hour traffic chaos in in recent weeks, with commuters facing long delays.
The link road was opened to traffic last month, but temporary lights have been in place and traffic lanes have been closed to cars as the final touches are put to the project.
